    随着增加居民收入、降低银行利率、扩大消费信贷、开征利息税等一系列刺激消费政策的实施，
城乡消费品市场仍然保持稳定增长。全年社会消费品零售总额270.3亿元，比上年增长11.7%。按城乡
分，城市消费品零售额206.3亿元，增长12.0%；县以下消费品零售额64.0亿元，增长10.6%。按营业方
式分，批发零售贸易业零售额195.1亿元，增长16.9%；餐饮业零售额22.7亿元，增长13.5%。
    商品交易市场成交活跃。全市商品交易市场855处，成交额384.3亿元，比上年增长18.5%。其中，
消费品市场783处，成交额336.9亿元，增长18.1%；生产资料市场72处，成交额47.4亿元，增长22.7%。
