    1998年,南方和东北地区抗洪救灾期间,全市各级医疗卫生单位向灾区捐款159万余元,捐献药品和
医疗器械折合280余万元。先后派出两批医疗队赴江西省开展防病救灾工作并圆满完成救灾防病任务,
市卫生局和市立医院分别被省卫生厅评为救灾防病先进单位,有6人被评为救灾防病先进个人,其中2人
