极推行母乳喂养;巩固爱婴医院和爱婴市成果,全年共创建爱婴医院62所、模范爱婴医院12所。开展创
建乡镇卫生院产科示范单位活动,改善全市乡镇卫生院的产科条件。在全国率先实现县级市妇幼保健
机构和计生机构的合并,优化了妇幼卫生资源结构,促进妇幼保健机构内涵建设。
