    1998年,市档案馆按照国家档案局的要求,继续开展目标管理考评准备工作,并于11月顺利通过国家
档案局预检。自开展目标管理考评工作起至1998年末,市档案馆共接收档案59686卷,征集档案资料447卷
册;抢救档案32904卷,缩微复制档案125.8万页;整理档案133618卷,鉴定档案4458卷;档案文件级分类136411
卷,案卷级分类235982卷;编制人名索引38.7万条,输入计算机各种数据200余万条。胶州市档案馆通过考
评,晋升为山东省一级先进档案馆。截止1998年末,全市13个综合档案馆馆藏档案49.3万卷,资料12.7万
册;全年接待查档4079人次,提供利用档案31344卷,编研档案资料32种、233.7万字。
