    全年全市教育经费总额17.50亿元。其中, 预算内教育经费8.80亿元;各级政府征收用于教育的税费
3.21亿元;校办产业、社会服务收入用于教育的经费0.47亿元;社会团体和公民个人办学经费0.25亿元;
社会捐、集资0.57亿元;事业收入3.20亿元。年内,市教育发展基金会利用增值的15万元资金,资助全市
义务教育段的1386名特困学生;建立“寒窗基金”,共筹集资金10余万元,为32名家庭困难的新大学生每
人提供3150元的资助。在长江流域和东北地区抗洪救灾中,市教育发展基金会筹措价值160多万元的物
资,及时送往灾区。
