    已由技术准备进入体系建立阶段。推进“青岛辖区海上环境应急反应中心”的建立,已完成部分
硬件配置、计算机地理信息系统和溢油扩散漂移模型的调试、应急计划框架的编写等工作,该项成果
被中国海员工会评为技协优秀成果奖,是全国海事系统唯一获奖的科技成果。青岛市政府对该项工作
也给予高度重视,市经委牵头成立工作小组。
