    9月11日,分局管内国家“九五”重点工程项目——国家一级铁路蓝烟铁路复线工程开工。蓝烟铁
路横贯胶东半岛腹地,全长184公里,是烟台、威海2市2港与胶济铁路联系的重要运输通道,也是国家将
筹建的东北地区至长江三角洲地区陆海通道的重要组成部分。新建的复线铁路185公里,新铺钢轨200多
公里、道岔331组,新建特大桥1座,施工土石方721万立方米,工程总概算投资22.6亿元。年末,已完成建
设投资3亿元。
