    1992年10月28日在青设代表处，1994年4月1日升为分行，同年11月18日正式开业。营业地址设在青
岛市云霄路6号；现任行长李茂南。在办理外汇放款、贸易结算等传统银行业务的同时，外销房楼宇
按揭贷款业务及信用卡代理业务都有长足发展。收钞运钞业务已成为其特色业务，范围以青岛为中心
辐射到东北、华北地区。截止1998年末，外汇资产总额3350万美元，普通贷款余额948万美元，存款余
