    1991年11月在青设代表处，1992年10月升为分行，1993年2月12日正式开业。营业地址设在青岛市
香港西路48号（海天大酒店东楼）；现任行长张彩兰。除办理国际结算、外汇放款等传统业务外，还
经批准开办电子银行业务；已通过卫星通讯与其总行及境内各分行实现联网，为提高服务质量和效率
提供了保证。截止1998年末，资产总额9259万美元，普通贷款余额6244万美元，存款余额1189万美元。

