    建立“两清”(清贷、清息)工作责任制,将全年清收不良贷款计划下达到支行,落实到人,并进一步
完善“两清”工作考核奖惩办法。配合公检法部门,加大办案力度,全年结案90起,收回贷款9950.4万元。
成立资产变现办公室,对保全、扣押的物资、抵押品制定清理计划,及时变现抵押收回物品。全年完成
