    集中信贷资金,加大对基础设施的投入。主要投向公路、邮电、煤制气、热电、自来水等重点建
设。在青岛市计委下达的基础设施建设项目中,主动承诺1.49亿元贷款,占需银行贷款资金缺口的60.8%。
贷款支持的山宁立交桥、娄杭供水站、地铁实验段等项目已全部开工。在全市基础设施投入中,该行
贷款所占比重达65%;年内新增贷款中,投向基础设施的占40%。
