    根据全市粮油总产量和收购量,及时做好收购资金测算、计划编制和资金筹措调度工作,累计调拨
资金5.6亿元,保证粮食收购资金需要。对收购贷款计划实行分次下达、资金配套的办法。夏、秋两季
发放收购贷款4.98亿元,支持收购粮油32万吨、棉花6.4万担。全市粮油定购任务完成后,根据国务院关
于按保护价敞开收购农民余粮的指示精神,多方筹备资金,提供优质服务,支持粮食企业进行敞开收购,
杜绝了“打白条”现象。
