    1998年,完成对青岛市重点工程指挥部铁路两侧整顿改造分部、青岛市海洋公园开发指挥部、海
泊河两岸改造工程指挥部等重要审计任务。对部分项目建设中存在的内控制度不健全、工程建设和管
理程序不规范等问题提出建议,收到良好的审计效果。围绕政府换届,开展领导干部离任审计工作。共
完成审计项目200余项,查出违规行为金额5.4亿余元,其中漏交税金5379万元、虚增利润5918万元,按照
有关财经法规及时进行了处理。
