    1998年,按照国务院办公厅《关于切实做好灾区救灾防病工作的紧急通知》精神,及时成立全省卫
检救灾防病领导小组。设立专线电话,实行24小时专人值班,对境外救灾物资随到随验,免费处理,及时
放行;加强口岸卫生监督管理,开展大规模灭鼠工作,确保大灾之年无大疫,防止了国际传染病的传入与
传出。向灾区捐款12.3万元,捐衣被1553件。  (陈镜  徐莉)
