    1998年,全市新批准乡镇企业外商投资项目269个,合同利用外资4.4亿美元,其中有7个项目合同外资
超过1000万美元;实际利用外资2.27亿美元。大力发展乡镇企业出口创汇,加快出口创汇骨干企业的发
展,促使其加快向自营进出口转化,增强直接参与国际市场竞争的能力。全年新批准乡镇自营进出口企
业4家,累计达到37家;全年共完成自营进出口额2.2亿美元。
