    全年查处一般违法案件578起、简易案件2205起,罚款77.39万元,取缔制假窝点47个,查获假冒包装
袋14万个、碘盐防伪标志16万个,没收私盐、假盐351吨和9台塑封机、台称等制假用具。申请法院强制
执行处罚决定6起,追回罚款21万元;对抗拒处罚的盐业违法当事人,按法律程序由有关机关行政拘留4人、
刑事拘役2人。起草《青岛盐业管理规定》并上报市政府法制局。  (宋瑞福)
