    国务院确定, 青岛市从1998年起, 3年内压锭18.1万枚, 1998年压锭14.1万枚,其中市纺织总公司压锭
11.65万枚。市政府为此成立由分管市长任组长的压锭调整小组,并在市纺织总公司设压锭办公室,具体
实施压锭任务。3～9月,市纺织总公司所属企业共压锭11.93万枚,提前3个月完成任务。
