    共受理一审行政案件448件,审结418件,分别上升20.1%和15.8%。在已审结的案件中,维持具体行政
行为和原告主动撤诉的295件,占70.6%;被告改变具体行政行为后原告撤诉的19件,占4.5%;全部或部分撤
销具体行政行为的34件,占8.1%。此外,注重抓好“涉农”行政案件的审理,减轻农民负担,保护农民合
法权益。
