    1998年,全市两级检察机关共立案侦查贪污、贿赂等经济犯罪案件180件。其中,贪污案55件、受贿
案74件、挪用公款案51件,比上年(下同)上升73.1%;大案要案166件,占立案数的92.2%。立案侦查渎职、
“侵权”等犯罪案件12件,是上年的4倍。其中,徇私舞弊案5件,玩忽职守案1件,刑讯逼供和非法拘禁案
3件,其他案件3件。通过办案,为国家和集体挽回经济损失3457万元。
