18.3%。其中,基本建设投资75亿元,增长8.5%;更新改造投资58.2亿元,增长54.7%。基础产业的投资
增长明显加快,农林牧渔业投资增长164.4%,商业、运输、邮电业投资增长55.7%,住宅投资增长13.6%。
重点项目进展较快,国际会展中心,山东路、宁夏路交叉口立交桥和镇江路、宁夏路交叉口立交桥,海
西湾修造船一期工程等项目开工建设,瑞昌路立交桥、福州北路、李村河污水处理厂等项目建成投产。
