    1997年,即墨市遭受百年不遇的大旱和持续高温,城区供水异常困难,工农业生产和人民群众生活受
到严重影响。该市决定从大沽河青岛供水主管道经挪城水库向城区供水。一期工程完工后可满足城区
到2000年的供水需要;二期工程完工后可使“三河五库”(大沽河、流浩河、五沽河,王圈水库、挪城水
库、石棚水库、松花泉水库、普东水库)相互调节利用,形成完备的城区供水体系,满足即墨市2030年城
区供水需要。
