    在8个农村市、区大力推行合作医疗制度。对即墨市农村合作医疗状况进行了调研,起草了《青岛
市农村合作医疗管理办法》。继续抓了以乡镇为单位实现“2000年人人享有卫生保健”工作。继续推
行乡镇卫生院、村卫生室一体化管理。不断完善城市支援农村卫生技术建设制度, 从市内24家医院、
15个专业中选派了247名医务人员到农村8个市区的142个基层医疗单位进行技术支援,受到基层欢迎。
