    经市编委批准,青岛市老龄工作委员会为议事协调机构,下设办公室,为市直属局级单位,是市委、
市政府负责全市老龄工作的综合协调管理部门。其职责除明确了宣传、调研、协调等常规性任务外,
重点突出了老年人法律法规的执法主体地位和管理等方面的职能。内设机构,保留原秘书处、综合调
研处,调整企业服务处为老年事业处,增设老年人权益保障处;人员编制由15人增至18人。
