    1997年,青岛市60岁以上的老年人已达90.6万名,约占全市总人口的13%。其中百岁老人87名,年龄最
大的109岁。市老龄委与市人事局联合评选表彰了老龄工作先进集体19个、先进个人81名。受省表彰的
敬老好儿女金榜奖13名、老有所为奉献奖13名、重视老龄工作功勋奖10名,其中8人已被省推荐报送全
国表彰。
