    1997年,全市弹性工资计划核定工资总量6．6亿元,增长幅度控制在15%左右。全市4132户企业、70
．2万名职工实发工资42.3亿元,年人均5963元,与上年同期相比下降1.2%。其中,实行工资总额与经济效
益挂钩办法的926户企业,职工35.2万人,实发工资21.4亿元,年人均5968元;实行自主确定工资水平的43户
企业,职工5.6万人,实发工资4.9亿元,年人均8619元;实行工资总额包干的3163户企业,职工29.4万人,实发
工资16亿元,年人均5447元。
