站广场周边改造工程北区二期居民搬迁,从而使1994年底开工建设因扰民停工的地铁一*期工程建设全
面启动;加强地铁路网规划和沿线口部与地面建筑结合的管理和控制,为地铁一期工程全面开工建设创
造条件。
