    8月19日,受11号台风影响,青岛铁路分局管内普降暴雨,发生线路路基滑坡、塌陷8处,水漫道床、
钢轨1处,大树刮倒在线路83处,信号设备险情87处。由于能见度差,火车司机无法了望,个别区段靠人在
机车前面引导列车前进。台风给运输生产造成严重影响,共运输货物列车78列,影响分界口少交重车582
车,少排空168车,保留12列515车;装卸车分别减少1100车和1585车;影响客车始发正点5列、客车运行正点
16列、货车运行正点22列。
