    海岸电台保障海岸联络畅通,全球海上遇险与安全系统(GMDSS)进展顺利。公务船舶保持较高适航
率,满足海上抢险和公务用的需要。7月21日,全国沿海无线电信标/差分全球定位系统(RBN/DGPS)青岛站
建成开通,为海上定位导航带来一次重大变革。团岛灯塔、小青岛灯塔改造完成,B-126船投入使用,航
标基地改造顺利进行,促进航海保障能力提高。
