    １９９７年，市东部地区开发指挥部加强土地出让金收缴工作，向１９家欠款开发商下达催款通
知书３０余份，限期缴清欠款；对超过期限仍未缴款的开发商下发责令停工通知书１５份，并对１２
家开发商给予停工筹款处理；对华青、通达、耀华公司等欠款大户，视其缴款情况，正式下文将未开
工地块收回，共收回土地１３６亩，减少出让金呆帐２．２亿元；与华青、茂隆等开发商签订无异议
缴款协议７份，确定分期还款进度；将收回及未出让的地块重新组织招商，新签订土地出让合同１０
份，合同出让金２５３０４万元。上述措施使收缴土地出让金工作取得较大进展，基本完成全年催收
目标。
