    该供热站占地面积3814平方米，建筑面积1467.5平方米。其供热锅炉房位于804人防地下干道内，
设有４台每小时蒸发量各为２０吨的蒸汽锅炉，可供东到聊城路、济宁路，西至泰安路及火车站广场，
北到市场三路，南到广西路内的70万平方米建筑面积采暖。总投资6733万元。1995年12月19日，该站一
期工程开工，至1997年12月建成，并开始对山银房地产、天地房地产、清真房地产、百盛商厦和发达
商厦等单位试运行供气。该站开工以来，累计完成投资4705万元，其中1997年完成投资2978万元。整
个工程计划1998年底建成投产。
