    1997年,全市具有评估资格的评估机构已达26家,从业人员380余人,其中注册资产评估师66人。资产
评估工作已深入到涉及所有者权益变动的各个方面,全年经市国资部门确认的评估项目达460项,涉及国
有企业整体拍卖出售、部分国有资产拍卖出售,以及企业兼并、股份制改造、租赁经营、抵押担保、
境外投资、中外合资等,帐面净值92．4亿元,评估值103．3亿元,升值11．8%,发挥资产评估支持企业改
革和发展、维护所有者权益、防止国有资产流失的积极作用。加强资产评估机构管理,成立青岛市资
产评估协会。
