    年初,市政府下达《关于继续实行物价控制目标责任制的通知》,划细控价内容,实行宏观调控目
标、物价涨幅分类控制目标和调控保障目标措施,增加对居民消费价格指数目标的控制,新增市医药总
公司为责任部门,将控价目标分解落实到20多个部门和单位,并与16个重点责任部门签订“责任书”。
建立完善物价形势分析预测制度,由物价部门牵头,坚持每月定期召开一次由13个部门参加的物价形势
分析例会,并适时召开由各市、区物价局长参加的全市物价形势分析会,及时提出调控措施和建议。
