    全年总公司系统共有下岗职工10509人,占职工总数的16．83%。为确保完成分流安置任务,总公司
实施分流安置举措。1．总公司总经理与企业厂长(经理)签订再就业工作责任书;2．总公司托管中心和
各企业安置办公室千方百计帮助有择业要求的下岗职工联系社会就业,同时对无择业要求的下岗职工
用好各项政策,提供各种便利条件,鼓励其自谋职业;3．指导帮助企业发展“三产”和劳动服务组织,建
立生产自救基地。全年总公司安置下岗职工9743人,占下岗职工总数的92．71%。
