转换机制、加快发展做出贡献。房地产业绩突出,在市区东部成功地开发和代建“金光大厦”、“银
城大厦”和市工商局培训中心等高层建筑,并做好1998年市政府确定重点要办好的12件实事之一——全
市1998年市财力投资最大项目——青岛市图书馆扩建工程准备工作。
