金,从而保证工程建设顺利进行,其主体工程于1997年12月26日封顶。为受让工商银行青岛市分行在其
信托公司的股权支付5038万元, 同时为维护社会稳定和政府信誉,为该信托公司解决国债回购到期支付
9000万元;为确保市级机关办公楼二期工程顺利实施支付1000万元;通过盘活国有地产,为本市第二人民
医院、精神病医院扩建工程筹集建设资金。
