    1997年3月23日，开通由澳门航空公司执飞的青岛至澳门的地区间空中客运航线，实现了青岛——
澳门——台湾“一票到底、 一机到底”的愿望，为增进海峡两岸的沟通和往来奠定良好的基础。6月
26日，开通青岛至新加坡空中国际客运航线，是本市连接新加坡和东南亚各国的桥梁和纽带。
