    以市委办公厅和市政府办公厅的名义印发了《关于加强迎接香港回归庆祝宣传活动管理的通知》，
成立了以市委、市政府领导为组长，有关部门参加的全市庆祝宣传活动领导小组，领导小组办公室设
在市侨办，重点抓好全市10项大型系列活动。如组织举办了“百扇迎春”书画笔会、青岛颐中海牛足
球队与香港愉园足球队义赛、侨港台友人联谊活动以及迎回归“海天之夜”交响音乐会等活动。
