    年内，先后参加青岛市海泊河清淤工程、青岛经济技术开发区电缆铺设工程、李沧区植树造林，
以及向贫困地区献温暖等活动。在海泊河清淤工程中，出动官兵1200余人，车辆50多(台)次，奋战8天，
完成200米地段、5000立方米淤泥清除任务。9月，青岛市政府确定本院为青岛市中学生第四军校，并
正式挂牌。全年年共为8000余名中学生开展军训。本院学员九队被海军和海航评为拥政爱民标兵单位。
