    年内，在青岛市海泊河清淤工程中，支队长高光武、政委刘华林率官兵在施工一线奋战5天5夜，
共清淤泥近２000立方米，提前完成任务，支队被市政府评为清淤先进集体，政委刘华林等5名官兵被
评为先进个人。全年在军民共建精神文明活动中，共出动兵力１７７８人次，动用车辆５９８台次，
清运垃圾３２００余吨，植树１１２８株，总劳动日５９００个，抢救遇险群众３５人次，为群众抢
收粮食、虾价值约２０万元，捐款９６００元，有２个单位、３名个人被市政府评为拥政爱民先进单
位和先进个人，1个单位被市政府评为军民共建标兵单位，１１个单位被评为军民共建先进单位。
