    外贸进出口持续增长,对外经济技术合作有了新的进展。全年外贸进出口总额完成52.2亿美元,增
长13%。其中,出口完成33.9亿美元,增长17.9%;外商投资企业出口22.4亿美元,增长30.6%,占全市出口总
额的65.7%。实际利用外资9.1亿美元,下降3.2%。全市海外工程承包和劳务合作完成合同额5379万美元,
增长30.5%;外派劳务4457人次,增长2.8%。
