    1997年，全市两级法院受理各类案件62235件，审结57520件，分别比上年（下同）增长18．4%、12
．7%。全年召开公判大会22场次，直接受教育群众15万人次；对审判活动中发现的问题及时向有关
部门提出司法建议754条，被采纳619条；配合劳改机关教育改造罪犯，对2925名确有悔罪表现的服刑
人员予以减刑、假释。全年受理再审案件451件，审结413件，其中全部或部分改判的140件，占结案
数37%；处理群众来信4997件，接待群众来访27579人次。
