    10月14～16日召开。会议总结近两年本市老干部工作经验，表彰先进，提出学习贯彻中共十五大
精神，加强老干部工作的意见和措施。省委常委、市委书记张惠来到会作重要讲话，市委副书记胡延
森作工作报告，省委老干部局副局长薛广明专程到会祝贺。会上，11个先进典型介绍经验，206个先
进单位、先进集体和422名先进个人受到市委、市政府表彰。
