    1996年3月,撤销了市北区第一、第二工业总公司,组建了市北区工业集团总公司,
有39家企业划归之,其余25家企业实现了跨行业、跨系统、跨所有制划转。年内,进行
企业兼合并、租赁经营、公有民营等其他改制形式的企业新增29家。组建了青岛三元、
青岛国人和青岛北铭等3家企业集团,改制设立股份合作制企业5家,设立有限责任公司
4家。全区各种形式的改制企业累计达240家,占应改制企业的73%。
