    1996年, 青岛市地方教育部门教育费总收入13.14亿元,比上年增长24.68% 其中:
国拨事业费5.73亿元,征收教育费附加2.29亿元,校办产业收入补助教育经费0.55亿元,
社会捐资助学1.25亿元,学杂费1.46亿元。学前教育加大政策性投资,缓解了经费不足
的矛盾。市教育发展基金会共筹集资金903万元。全市97%的中小学开展了勤工俭学活
动;共有1712个校办工商企业,资产总计7.7亿元,实现产值6.8亿元、利润1.2亿元。全
市第一批界定合格的校办企业占全市校办企业总数的54.5%。
