      根据民航华东管理局和省局统筹安排, 航站全员劳动关系转制工作在大量前期
工作的基础上,1996年6月28日,在青岛市劳动仲裁委员会监督下,李诺先站长同副站长、
各处处长签订了合同书;几天内各处室负责人受李站长委托,分别与本部门职工签订了
劳动合同书。至此,航站全员劳动关系转制工作顺利完成。
