    年内重点加强了对多种经营实体和合资企业的管理, 进行了组织整顿。多种经营
实体由128个压缩为52个,由分散型经营过渡到规模型经营。全年总收入达1亿元,增加
240万元。整顿后的合资企业实现产值1.13亿元,比上年也有大幅度增长。再次实施优
化劳动组合。有938人下岗或转岗,通过港内劳务市场,调剂了262名职工充实到一线或
新建单位,清退了730名临时用工。
