    1996年局属大港公司、中港公司、油港公司、集装箱公司、前湾港公司、外理公
司、 港务工程公司、外轮航修厂、通信公司先后通过国家ISO9002质量体系认证。同
时实施内部质量认证, 由局主管部门模拟第三方认证,严格审核程序、审核资料,促进
港口内部服务单位质量认证, 使之获得参与国家认证的资格。 年内,  先后举办三期
ISO9000系列知识培训班和专题讲座,500余名领导干部和管理骨干受到培训。
