    1995年市房管局制定了“社会服务承诺制度”,1996年5月29日出台了“青岛市房
产管理社会服务责任赔偿制度”, 并于8月15日起在全市房管系统内试行。至年底,全
系统共收到表扬信和电话180件次。全年共维修漏雨房屋3800处次,维修上水560处次,
维修下水及疏通古力冒溢497处次,维修电照明设施950处次,更换居民住宅旧电气线路
8000余户。有1户居民要求责任经济赔偿,因责任事故受经济处罚职工1人次。
