<br>      1996年12月12日,经市政府批准,青岛市调整非住宅房屋租金标准正式实施。
调整范围是本市市内四区范围内的直管非住宅房屋租金, 包括办公用房、生产用房、
营业用房、疗养及其他用房。属自管单位非住宅房屋除已按协议确定租金, 而仍按租
赁双方协议执行外,其他非住宅房屋租金也属调整范围。具体调整为:办公用房平均上
调153%,生产用房上调160%,营业用房上调200%,疗养及其他用房上调200%,采暖设备附
加费上调200%。对市政府确定的特困企业, 暂缓调租。属街道办事处的托儿所、幼儿
园用房租金,按现行住宅用房租金标准计租;对1995年以来征地新建住宅小区内国营、
集体单位的商业、服务业用房,暂按生产用房租金标准计租。
