    1996年, 解决资产质量低下问题成为全辖各行工作的重点。5月份,本行对新老逾
期贷款进行了排查分析, 对催收采取了一系列措施。各行均按分行部署下达了催收任
务,责任到人。青岛市各分支行年内累计收回逾期贷款13.1亿元。此外,全辖依法收贷
的力度加大。仅分行机关就依法起诉20笔,本息金额7572万元,到年末已收回和达成协
议3000多万元。
